Delighted to announce.......

......I shall be exhibiting work at the Knit and Stitch Shows this year as part of the Reveal Group Exhibit.   First show is at Alexandra Palace, London Thurs to Sun next week.  Hope you can come along and if you do stop by and say hello!  See you there.

A long overdue......

Update......

Lots of exhibitions coming up in the next few months where, if you want to you can see some of my work and also that of a lot of fabulous artists.  Check out the following venues ..........  

This coming weekend the Hallam Group of the Society of Designer Craftsmen, of which I am a member, will be exhibiting at Art in the Gardens in Sheffield.  If the weather is good its a fabulous day out and if its not then luckily our work is in a rain-proof marquee!  

Next weekend I am taking part in HOST Open Studios and have a studio space and then exhibition through to October at the Lawrence Batley Theatre.  Come and see numerour HOST artists and the work of the Artists in Residence : Anna Connor,  Barbara Hellowell,  Beverley Addy and Yvonne Roberts     There is already a "taster" exhibition at the theatre so if you are in Huddersfield or near by call on in.   

In October and November the Reveal Group of mixed media artists of which I am a member will be exhibiting at the Knit and Stitch Shows in Alexandra Palace, London, Dublin and Harrogate - see the Knit and Stitch website for full details.

Open Studio.....

.....Next weekend.  Come down to see us all at Northlight Studios in the wonderful town of Hebden Bridge.  We are open 6th, 7th and 8th July and are a very friendly bunch.  Come to browse, chat or just for tea and scones.  I shall have my wire drawings on show and lots of (not so) daily doodling.  I can't be there every day but shall be there as much as possible and hope to see you all. 

Oh and I forgot......

The many, many, many trips to coffee shops!

..........6 months have passed since my last posting.  I have been very neglectful of this space.....and a lot of other things I am ashamed to say!  Life has taken over and left me with very little time for blogging, so many apologies to anyone out there still following this neglected blog.

we have the Yorkshire Sculpture Park near us too and the Jaume Plensa exhibition which was extended into 2012 just blew me away - never seen albaster before - so beautiful
